Good budget friendly hotel to stay in leh. Location of the hotel is great and it s very near to leh market.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Leh market at affordable rates. The host is helpful with local sight-seeing and permit requirement. The rooms are spacious and clean with hot water and Wi-Fi facilities throughout. Though the kitchen was not functional they still arranged hot soup for us. Other services also include ironing and good parking facilities for your bike. I guess they also provide bikes on rent if needed. Great place to stay at.

It was my first time in Leh. I reached way past midnight, and Abhishek stayed up to ensure I settle down comfortably. Not to forget the innumerable phone calls and texts he sent me along the way, suggesting me where to eat, what to eat, and the constant checking up on whether I was safe. As warm as home! That was about the host. Now the hotel. The rooms were warm, big and smelt absolutely fantastic. Bedding was clean, pillows were new, round the clock room service, and all this on a very reasonable budget. The hotel also has parking for your vehicles. Going to Leh? Stay at Kunga. Very nice experience we had while stay over there as the staff cum owner Mr. Abhishek is very humble & cooperative as well . Also they guide us for the places to visit as per our schedule. The room of this hotel are very comfortable & the benefits to stay in this hotel is, it is very near to Mall road which is a main market of leh and it is in the biker gali of leh where we can get bike as well on rent in genuine prices

Location is very good. Leh main market is only a 50 m walk away. Owner is very humble and a great personality. Staff is very cooperative and homely. Though some services can be improved i.e. toiletries, light back-up etc. But cannot rate it below 5 star because of the warm reception and cooperation of the Hotel management and staff. The prices are also good and you'll have a good experience staying at kunga hotel

This was my 1st experience in leh and in Kunga hotel also. We booked our entire tour plan with kunga hotel itself including nubra and pangong camping. The hotel owner, Abhishek is so humble and nice person. Hotel is near 1min walk from mall road,leh. The rooms were clean and the Himalayan bike condition is also new. The staying in nubra and pangong is very comfortable and clean. The food was good. . Next time surely book this hotel for sure. Recommended for everyone who were searching at low cost but need awesome experience.
