I'm very unhappy with the service I've received. We're sorry to hear that you received a defective product and that Kundan Electronics Yelhanka had difficulty getting a replacement. This is not the level of service. Warranty they have demo in shop was 20 years and they have provided as 10 years , they should have to provide as promised.. When we asked for the same they are telling that we can provide stickers for that to paste on the Fridge.. and one more complaint was they are not providing as they demo in shop and they follow ups before getting purchasing the product, and ignore after that. Overall I had faced very bad experience.
Kundan Electronics started their first showroom in BVK Iyengar Road and started their Yelahanka unit in 2001. They have maintained their good will for selling quality and branded items

Horrible experience. Purchased airtel set top box HD with dish antenna on 23 feb 2019, before making purchase they said with set top box all channels will be given free for 1 month, after purchase they say only 160 channels. They did not give me bill despite asking them several times. Installation of the dish & set top box was supposed to happen same day. Their service partner kept dodging me by giving different time for installation, wasted complete 2 days waiting for the service engineer to install. No one has come yet to install despite repeated follow up calls to Kundan electronics and their Airtel service partner. The worst experience. It's better to purchase products online if retail shopping experience stoops down to this level. Also the representatives at Kundan Electronics aren't customer friendly, they keep quoting different prices and their owner comes & quotes different price to a product. They are cheaters, they don't give bill, they don't extend support or follow up on installations after purchase. Don't buy any product from Kundan Electronics, Yelahanka for sure u will go through the ordeal that I was made to face. * Worst service * No fair transaction * No invoices generated for any sales * No after sales service for installation and commissioning * No commitment * Not at a customer friendly outlet PATHETIC

Horrible..If you value your time, don't buy anything from here. They are big liars. Even though after paying whole amount, I am yet to get my things.
Took around 30 hours to deliver the ACs after taking the complete amount, they had promised to deliver the same in 3 hours after the payment!!! So customer oriented....
