Kundampotty Water Falls - Tourist attraction in Palakkad - Palakkad, India

It's really dangerous if you are not following the precautions It's steep rocks with a layer of moss over them making you slip in lightning speed before you know what is happening. It's really an enticing place and descending into water is recommended only if you are confident enough not to fall and falter, and in case if you fall, there is all the possibility for your body parts to strike hard against the deadly solid rocks, all the best and take good care.

This is an amazing place. #in to the nature. Careful it's going to rain. never go during the rainy season.and slippery.

A little fall, would be better if we visit during or after monsoon..we visited during may and it was like a little dry pool..

Very nice place. It is near to St. Thomas Church, Cheenickapara. It is very dangerous, risky and slippery. Children are not encouraged to go without the supervision of their parents.

A remote area with good water falls and landscape, are the main attraction of the place. It locates in Palakkayam at Cheelikkappara one of the high ranges of Palakkad district. A travel through the place is alike the travel through the middle ranges of Idukky district in Kerala. The water in this river is cool as ice in December season. It is very risky to visit on monsoon season while occur landslide often. The insects attack is reported by many of the travelers. Be careful of insects at the place while traveling in bike. Wear proper travel suit for the same.
