You will get surprise of hidden charges sometimes at time of billing. they don't clear all the charges and terms to customers while selecting confirming orders. Hence, i think thats is why their neighbour om jewellers has more crowd. Experience of First and last time visit of the store. They don't believe in retaining customers.
A wonderful place to shop for antique and modern jewellery. The shop owner and his son both are quite knowledgeable and warm to deal with. Quite patient to show you all designs, will give their honest suggestions and aren't there to butter you up to sell their products. They dealt with some other customers as well while I was there and could have made good fortune on one of them but ended up giving an honest recommendation about antique jewellery to that customer. Designs, variety and special edition of Italia jewellery make them stand different. 100% recommended, not sure of the pricing as it was managed by someone else in my family but surely a good one as it was introduced to us also via a family member.
