Kumba Yoga is very effective, traditional and spacious . The Instructor is very knowledgeable and have immense patience to work with each individual. My kid and SIL has been going to this facility 4 days a week in the evening and it made a huge difference in both their physical and mental health. They feel more energetic and less stressed through out the day. I highly recommend it and be regular if you want to see the results. Stay healthy - Stay Happy...

Master explaining the reason and importance of every yoga posture well.. He also made syllabus on it, the important and necessary yogas, making it easy for me to follow it.. I am very glad that i chose Yoga at "YOGA FOR WELLNESS" @Kumbakonam. As we age ,we face many discomforts in our body.My 85 yrs old father has been facing minor problems in his body and memory. So I decided to enroll him at "YOGA FOR WELLNESS"@Kumbakonam. Yoga master understands the problems of aging and teaches appropriate yoga methods that are age-appropriate and effective. Yoga master is a person with a positive motivational mind and understands what the body does in old age and teaches my dad accordingly. Though my Dad is slow and doesn't have the perfect posture while doing yoga,he has realised some of the changes in his body (less urinal interval time at night and going upstairs without holding support) within two weeks,thats awesome . I feel so satisfied that i selected Yoga for him @ this center. HEALTH IS WEALTH The master has a deep knowledge of yoga, understands the issues of aging and teaches accordingly. That's brilliant. Thanks to Yoga Master for his good deed that is very beneficial to all.
Kumbha Yoga is quite new to me which concentrates on body stretching and minor movements. I have taken 3 online classes and feel good about it. Master ensures every move is done the right way (though online) and explains the importance of each yogasana, it feels more like a workout session after the class. Feeling active during the day thumbs up to the guru....
