We had come here to purchase a few sarees for the wedding! Loved the collection and the good attention that we got. The ready made section was good too.

One of the very prominent and famous landmark for several decades and continued to be well patronized by all even today after decades and situated in Panagal Park area which is the hub of all shopping activity in Chennai T Nagar area. Lot of seniors employed there and many are working for decades which has its own advantage and challenges They are efficient no doubt however the lack the smartness and vibrancy of youngsters as compared with other shops. What is good: 1) Car parking is available however you need to park in the adjacent lane for which you need to take a coupon. 2) Wide range of sarees , dhoti and they also have dress materials among others but they have huge collection of Sarees 3) Lift facility available 4)Billing system and delivery is very efficient What can be improved : 1) Too many choices for sarees needs to be organized better with clear price range 2) Need for supervisors in every floor to guide the people 3) More helpful workers to guide people based on their needs 4) Except water they don't offer any coffee or tea which is needed considering the time spent there

The staff are highly impatient and harsh. They behave as if we are disturbing them. Even though I went on a very leisure hour and no crowd, I felt so unwelcomed.there is no chair for customers to sit. When asked the staff said "If we have chair u will sit and take more time to choose". What is wrong with the shop I really wonder.

One of the go to choices for traditional silk sarees. Usually the silks section is really busy during festival weeks, but it also contains other sections like kids, men's wear, designer saree which are mostly empty/ unexplored. They are not visible immediately You can find the 9 yard wedding cotton sarees which are difficult to find elsewhere. Situated in the busiest street in Chennai, so parking might difficult to find.

They are the best when it comes to SILK SAREES. All varieties available at moderate price tag. For all our family occasions this is the only shop for purchase! Highly recommended for traditional dresses. They also have designated parking spots for customer vehicles.

You can evidence discrimination, disrespect, prejudice in this famous Kumaran silks. Their is no respect for individual human beings, your external appearance is highly considered. Individual can be respected if he /she has appropriate and neat clothing. And l hope skin tone doesn't define the individual. Think twice to visit this shop. And is to inform Kumaran silks that every one is unique is their own way, respect individuals as a being and value their needs and money. The bill will be paid by the person who is purchasing your products, the rate may varies but you are going to invest from everyones money. Just a review not to hurt anyone personally.

Excellent place to shop. All varieties of cloths available and at all price ranges. Very good staff who patiently explain the products and show varieties. You can shop peacefully without any rush. Fixed price and TRUE value for money.

They do have vast ranges of saree at an affordable price. Do check all the floors for the collections. The service was wonderful, they understand customer needs and help very well with choices. Also, they can provide chairs in saree sections because everyone tends to stand for a longer time. The only downside is four wheeler parking, almost every time the parking is full, they can arrange it accordingly to the requirements.
