Best doctors ! Best care. Affordable pricing . Kudos to all Nurse in Emergency ward ( especially Nancy Sister & her team ) for providing excellent support & care when in Need. Money is secondary ! Patient care is utmost priority

One of the worst and slowest hospital that I have ever seen in my life time. My mother is currently getting chemotherapy treatment at this hospital. Doctor is very good and even chemotherapy sisters are good. However ward sister is worst. She gave IV to my mother wrongly and bulged my mother's hand. And the worst is in the administration, accounts and insurance department. Each of them is very bad and slow. Very slow for everything right from accepting admission, bed allocation, bill generation and then discharge and in every single thing. Moreover, if we have insurance claim, then they do not respond at all. Worst experience ever in this hospital. Please make sure that this does not happen to anyone else here after. Also, I am going to report this in twitter (tag state govt officials and central govt officials) to expose your hospital service to the public so that people will rethink to come to your hospital.

We are really happy and satisfied with the treatment. The service in the outpatient department of oncology (MCCF) is indeed very good. The Nursing staff is equally well experienced and touching .The nurses( Especially First floor) are very kind and helpful in all the ways. Porkodi Nurse is guardian to our family who always ready to help. Thanks to Kumaran hospital and Dr. C.S.Mani sir and Dr. Lakshmi Narasimhan sir. And special mention to the admin staffs also. Kumaran Hospital is one of the best hospitals in Chennai. The nursing staff, doctors and all other staff do their best for the patients who come for treatment. They do service in an efficient manner and on humanitarian grounds. But the food facility for patients is not good. This may be changed by providing soft food for patients who have undergone surgery. But apart from it we are very satisfyiied

Disappointed with the attitude of staff responsible for handling the appointments for senior oncology consultant. She was very rude and did not respond properly. My parents are senior citizens, have to wait for a longer time and the last to see the doctor. Although they properly asked for the doctor's appointment well before. She deliberately made my father to wait who is suffering from pain. They are not interested in seeing old patients and informed they will only see new patients. Such an unprofessional service. So if you want to follow up your treatments and consultation with the doctor, this is not the right place. Be more responsible towards your profession. Show courtesy and respect to senior citizens. Such a shame.

The doctors are good. But the hospital management and their policies are terrible. Doctor suggested for a repeated biopsy, in Bangalore biopsy cost was rs. 13000 in a reputed corporate hospital. But in kumaran it was way too costly for a middle class like me. First rs. 615 for the medical kit, which has to be purchased in their pharmacy, rs. 5000 fees for the doctor who does biopsy, she does not belong to the hospital and bill is not provided for this. Later biopsy cost rs 10000. The funny part comes now. Usage of equipment in kumaran hospital rs. 500. That's totally rs. 16000. They r just sucking out from patients. Worst...
