KUMARAN HONDA - Two Wheeler Dealer in Rasipuram - Namakkal, India

Worst Service experience I've ever seen!! I Gave my Activa for a vehicle running issue and to Replace rear indicator glass alone. While giving service there's no damage in my vehicle. Bt, after service, while driving there comes heavy noise and loosely shaking in front head portion. While inquiring they are saying, there's an internal damage as the inner portion got broke. *(Note: I mentioned very clearly to the attendees, there's no damage external or internal- only to change the indicator glass. At the time of giving, the front head portion was in well and good condition.) The incharge person also told, while changing glass -the screw tightening may also be a reason for the damage. Bt, I've to replace it by giving service again to them (even the damage occurs during service from their side). How it may be for a customer to a answer like this!? I'm Genuinely asking but, Very Rude and irritating behaviour from the staff and the attendee person to customers. He's simply moving on while I'm speaking to him!! The girl who attended the complaint also moved somewhere from the spot. I don't know why they are recruiting these kind of peoples in service positions. They simply ignoring service complaint by saying that- I may have got hit somewhere or someone else may have hitted ur scooty. Management/ dealers pls explain is that the correct way to convey answer to customers from escaping from service complaint? I don't know the attendee person name, He gave a starring look & rudely saying, u have to change parts & we don't take any responsibility for the damage & simply moved on. Atleast local bike service centres will be Genuine to customers for a service damage. Being working in an authorised Honda service centres, these service persons are not genuine & rudely answering. They simply throwing the mistakes to customers. *Consider this complaint in priority. I appreciate the previous service persons working there, as they were polite and genuine & gave good service. Bt, now is a big?!! If this continues, the trust of the service centre may broke & u may loose the regular customers also by these rude & irresponsible behaviours! I'm a very long year customer to this centre and I never complained anyone. Also, This is not the first time happening for me here! *Kindly Consider this from the Customer point of view that how hard it is to bear this.
