Satyam Restaurant is too costly... Infact costlier than any Vishakhapatnam restaurant.. Butter Paneer Masala is 180 rupees for a small quantity.. Fried rice with a little bowl of raita is 120... Horrible...

Here staff on reception no good response of customer, last time my friend stay here on a single room rented 400 and he gave at reception counter 500 that time the receptionist say sir 100rupees not return give you its for our staff,what a rubbish person tips take from customer compulsury with selfintrestted wothout informed customer and yesterday i stay here and at 10 pm i need some water but not available near me then i first press bell button morw then 100times but not any responses from reception or manager then i going near reception counter and ask the staff for water that time he say no water,here what a rubbish answer by manager or any waist person,then i going below resturent for purchase that also closed that time,then what this hotel value i dont think about this kumar residency its only name not a branded, its a fake hotel not any responses for customer i think the owner is not check here may be he is also

Worst experience, price also too high

I'm stay one night hear, taking deluxe room(it is ac room but you don't use ac) for 900 rooms are very specious and clean. washrooms ( 3 )

A good good place to stay In Andra Pradesh, though Language is a barrier but the food is awesome here

Bedsheets not giving Bathrooms aren't good hot water not available beds are very hard, overall 2/5 rating

Restaurant was very dirty...Food was okay but place was very hygiene
