Thorough enjoyed our stay here, everything was perfect . Room service was immaculate and though our meals at the hotel was only for breakfast, it was delicious. The only downside was that international credit cards were not accepted, which resulted into panic mode looking for ATMs!

Worst services we ever had. Had to wait for 40 min for meals and biriyani. Also the services is very poor and staffs are not qualified enough to handle orders. We have been to "Copper Chute Multi Cuisine Restaurant". It is not qualified to be named as a multi-cuisine. Food taste was also not satisfactory. 2 customers waited for 25 min and walked out as none of there orders was served. Only because I was with family, I couldn't do it and had to take the *****t from them. I suspect that they are bringing the food from outside. 2 types of biriyani s were served. Also the egg which was served with biriyani had still shell on top of that

Was not happy with the stay. Since the options in the punalur town is limited we had made the booking. The linen in the room we got seemed to be soo dirty that looked like some had already used it. The phones didn't work in the room. When the same was informed to the staff on checkout there was no acknowledgement or response from the staff. The food options were so limited for the price point of the rooms. The hotel and the staff has a lot to improve.

It was an okay experience. We went to Punalur for a wedding and for a one night stay. The room we first got was having a broken AC. When we reached the receptionist, he was very rude. He said mechanic will arrive ASAP but he never came, so we changed the room. The next room was okay, but there was a window right near the shower so it felt really uncomfortable. There wasn't much for Breakfast like a hotel must have. Didn't go for lunch or dinner.

Went for an engagement function. The centralised A/C needs thorough service (It stinks) and the air ventilation is horrible. The function hall, food hall and wash area is horribly maintained. Very untidy.Will not recommend to anyone for a family function as hygeine and cleanliness is at minimum.
