Unprofessional rude behavior of front desk staff!! You're selling books to the country's most well mannered, well brought up students, pls don't keep such arrogant staff on the counter in such a prestigious area! It hurts the students morally!
This bookstore is famous for study material related to UPSC exam preparation including text books and photocopies of notes on various subjects by some of the popular coaching classes and even answer sheets of toppers of the exam. Also, stationery is available here. The shop is conveniently located at Old Rajender Nagar which is the mecca for preparation for UPSC exam.
It's little expensive than other shops. Also, latest magazines are sold out first from this shop. So better check out small shops which offer less price comparatively.
Avoid placing order online at their website. As this Kumar book centre delivers different from what u have ordered. If they don't have the item we ordered atleast inform us rather than sending anything they are left with.
Worst service they provide First they tell that they use courier service like DTDC,bluedart then deliver package from Delhivery whose service sucks and very late. Avoid buying stuffs from these misleading businesses.
