Kumaon Roop Resort and Restaurant - Resort hotel in Ramgarh, Gagar - Nainital, India

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kumaon Roop Resort and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their level of service and quality of food. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were attentive to my every need. The check-in process was quick and efficient, The room itself was clean, and spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of high quality. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the complimentary water bottles and tea/coffee bags in the room. Now, let's talk about the food. Wow, it was amazing! For dinner, I enjoyed a delicious Indian meal that was cooked to perfection and accompanied by flavourful sides. and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay, Every interaction I had with them was friendly and professional, and they truly made me feel like a valued guest.Overall, I would highly recommended Kumaon Roop Resort to anyone looking for a hotel with excellent service and food.

Off season room price was ok. Rooms could be made a little better with shower curtains, door curtains, electric kettle, glasses for water, etc. Food was good and reasonably priced. Morning tea was a problem since the kitchen didn't open till 0730. They could provide a microwave, electric kettle, tea bags, sugar, milk powder in the restaurant for tea self service if staff availability in the morning is a problem.

Stayed there for 3 night in May.Must say very relaxing and beautiful surroundings and the view. From the balcony you can witness the beautiful Himalayas. Rooms are very spacious. Staff is very helpful and cooperative. Food is very delicious. Chefs are too good. I wanted to have a particular local dish and the hotel staff managed to provide me the dish in the hotel itself. I'm very much thankful for the beautiful and comfortable stay.

Resort situated in very nice location.very good & Clean rooms were very impressive. The view from the balcony is just incredible.

The location of this resort is fabulous. However room has rats because it made noise whole night. Overall the rooms and service was very good and felt comfortable during stay.

I enjoyed my stay at kumaon Roop Resort. The property is away from all the hustle bustle, truly peaceful and the views from there are mesmerizing. The rooms have big windows giving the views of clouded mountains. A good place to stay with family and friends. The food was also good, mostly organic and home grown at the property itself!

Food was not good, rooms are old even spiders was there, bed sheet and blanket were stain and dirty and nor drinking water very unhygienic.There was no door mate near the washroom so the water get spread on the room. We left the keys and requested them to clean the room but nobody clean it and when ask everyone blame one another. For two nights they charge for 18k not worth it. What you see in the picture is totally different in reality

I had a 3 days stay in this resort. It was amazing to say the least. The food was like home cooked meal. My attendent Kamal was very polite. The view from my room was like a dream. It is worth every penny highly recommend this property.
