Kulai Shores Beach House Mangalore - Home Stay in Mangaluru - Dakshina Kannada, India

Its a beautiful, well-maintained property at a fantastic location. We booked it for a night and had the whole place to ourselves. We were a group of 7 and it comfortably accommodated us. Kitchen amenities are available but we decided to order in (couple of somewhat decent food options around). Check in and check out is smooth but it's not a resort, and like all typical Airbnb establishments, we are expected to keep the place tidy, refrain from being wasteful and be mindful of timings, noise and the neighbors. We communicated our requirements to the caretaker around 8pm before she retired for the night. All in all, a very good getaway close to the city and offers serious value for money.

There were lot of expectations after looking at the location, however, the same was put to rest after the first interaction with assistants and owners. Even after paying a really good amount of money which is more than what the place worth for a days stay (not even night stay. Only for around 9-10 hrs) the hospitality was poor. All the enjoyment went in vain while wrapping up because of owners atitude. It's not worth to stay here for the money you pay as you can't enjoy much with such owners and assistants around.

There is a caretaker who has inside access to the house and she steals products if you're not careful enough. The property owner does not want to do anything about it, which seems suspicious. Be careful before choosing this place.

Had a wonderful timing at the resort and indeed enjoyed moments. Definitely I recommend this place. Nice beach view and spacious rooms. Supportive maintenance people. Will visit again soon.

Very nice location. However, the service was the worst I have seen so far in 10 years of travelling life. Very overpriced and once you enter there are lot of things which needs additional money such as using kitchen or using speaker of owners. Even after paying all those the hospitality is very poor. The owners and the assistants over there are very arrogant. All in all waste of money.

Ok place at wrong hands. It was worst ever experience in my 14 years travel experience. The Owner of the place is hopeless. She acts as if we have stayed at her own house for free of cost. Meaningless conditions and wrong informations. The worker over there is hopeless was rude and cunning. After receiving the money they have turned negative and forcing to leave the property. It was totally disgusting to stay over there. Not worth to visit. Don't be tempted by their juicy words, wrong informations and statements. Altogether it's not worth over there to spend your valuable time. Sickening owner and service. If you stay there you will regret. Normally I don't put any review but this was my worst experience.

The location and owners are excellent. But one thing we didn't like was the house was not maintained well. The sit outs were dirty and filled with ants. The instructions said the guests are not allowed to bring pets, but the caretakers pets were roaming all over the place. If these things are taken care. I think it'll be really great. But we really enjoyed the view and the rooms.
