The team was considerate enough entertain small changes in plan -Prices: I had checked online and with other travel agencies for the same itinerary but either all the things were not included elsewhere or came at higher price. Hence this agency was able to provide an unbeaten price -Bookings & Arrangements: After confirming hotels & flights from available options, bookings were done well in time and Taxi services along with Airport Pick and drop were also arranged -Details & Support: Proper detailed itinerary along with other things that came in handy like leisure points, best restaurants, travel assistance, insurance etc was provided to ensure a hassle free trip Overall it was a very pleasant experience with the team and an amazing trip.
