Kuku Residency - Lodge in Peringandoor - Thrissur, India

A budget hotel located close to Trissur Government Medical College. Although they do not have their own restaurant there are a number of restaurants and tea shops within walking distance of this hotel. Rooms are clean, bedsheets are changed for every new occupancy and the room air conditioners are working fine. The tariff is less than Rs.2000 for an AC double bedroom. The service is polite and you have 24 hours check out.

I booked an A/C room. It is quite spacious, with a bedroom, a dressing space and a spacious bathroom. Water is soft in nature. Tea and snacks, food available nearby. The staffs are quite friendly and helpful.

Excellent place to stay. It's an old property, but extremely well maintained! Clean rooms. Affordable too! Planning to stay again on next visit to Thrissur. Hotels Sangeeth and Sarovaram nearby are good options nearby for food and snacks

Study hall is absolutely amazing... nice and calm atmosphere to study and the highlight is the air conditioner,...people around are kind ....a must consider place to study

A well maintained property near Thrissur medical college...staff were very much helpful ...Students have a separate area for study purpose

They run a reading room there. They scam u with security deposit. They say u have to ask for it 1 month before. Since my term was ending on oct 2 I asked fr it on sept 2 but owner denied saying u shld hv asked on sept 1 . Got to know that they never return security deposit making some silly excuses. Owner is the worst. He is rude and a cheat. Only reception staffs r polite.
