The doctor is good but the receptionist (Runjhum) is pathetic. First of all she will not pick up the call. If you get lucky and she picks up your call then she will give you an appointment on WhatsApp, after 1-2 follow up messages. Once it so happened that I got an appointment for 3:30 pm for my kid for vaccination. When I went there the clinic itself was closed. Even after calling multiple times she did not pick up the call. I went back home, and then she called up and told that door got locked my mistake, and asked me to come back. When I was on my way she again called up and asked me to come after 10 mins. When I asked that has the doctor come, she told yes and then I reached the doctor was not there. This is a waste of our precious time. Receptionist needs to be prompt and specific. Not lying and beating around the bush. Same has happened with me when I was consulting Dr. Kureja for my mom. Absolutely no response from the clinic or she lies about the time of the doctor . It is my request to Dr. Amit and dr. Ajay to look into it
Very bad person. Totally interested in money making. Wanted my uncle to get investigations from her preferred choice . When we got it from other place she got angry. Didn't even treat him properly. Cut practise fully.
Very hard to get in even for followup. When asked his assistant for appointment it was said to write the symptoms. Upon writing I was asked to get an MRI done for regular cough and sore throat. I believe the Dr is fine for his assistants are worthless

My dad had a high sugar which affected his eye so we needed to see a diebetic expert urgently, tried to contact his clinic it didn't help , went there and came across the most annoying and heartless receptionist ever. I even cried for my father but nothing helped .. i just wanted to show the reports and that's it. She ignored me like i am some begger. So unethical, can't review the doctor coz did not get a chance to meet him but i am sure coz of her his reputation is going to get ruined.
Worst experience today. Never seen a doctor without empathy who can turn the patient out after 2 long hours of wait, without meeting. I agree i was without appointment but emergencies can't wait for appointment. What good is the doctor if he can't understand the patient's requirements. The girls at the reception could have informed me that the doctor would not see me, i would have left immediately. I reached clinic at 11am and told them I'm without appointment. They take my file, keep me waiting for 2 hours ... The doctor walks in at 12 noon and at 1pm the receptionist gives my files saying "Doctor aapko nahi dekhen gai" ... Never seen a doctor turning the patient who is without appointment.
Didn't get an appointment with the doctor but the receptionist is extremely rude. Tried calling and later walked into the clinic to book an appointment and the receptionist shooed me away as if I am there to sell her something. I understand if there are no slots for an appointment but she needs to learn to speak.
