Rooms and location is good but hospitality is very poor. No hot water in bathroom, bathroom fittings are not working. No Glass for drinking water in room, they only put bottles in room. Service in restorent is very poor. Tea and water served in paper/ plastic glass. Plastic spoons for eating. Very bad. I suggest Make My Trip and Yatra remove this Hotel from your list.

Value for money. Clean and specious rooms. Food is nice. Had good breakfast. Plenty of parking at the hotel. Staff is friendly. Executive rooms have view of the Chittorgarh fort which looks great with night lights. Property is slightly away from city. Hotel arranged an autorickshaw to visit Chittorgarh fort. Don't take your car to the fort as parking is an issue.

I just needed a room for 3 adults for just 12 hours. On phone I was told by Mr Meena that Suite room will be given but was shocked when I arrived & he asked me to take Delux at same price. It was not worth so I moved to another hotel at 10 pm in night with a kid & senior citizen. All are liers here. Don't trust anyone.
