Rooms are tidy. Bathrooms clean. But rats run inside the false ceilings, this affects the sleeping pattern. Quiet place away from the hustle & bustle of city life. Food provided including breakfast, lunch & dinner are excellent. Cheap & affordable. Only disadvantage is the presence of rats.

Nice place to stay away from busy city life...They have made facility for self cooking. Affordable price for Air conditioned rooms. Best place to spenf d time with family and friends. Friendly staffs.

Away from hustle bustle of big city and tourist circle , if you looking for a peaceful, calm , natural place this is for you. The Mud house stay cool and well maintained, the farm have enough animals and other things to keep kids busy. The homemade food which will stay fresh in your memories for long . Santosh didn't leave a single stone unturned to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Since I was solo he went extra miles , picked and dropped us to station , made sure we never didn't have any discomfort . My son had a great time. We will definitely come back for a longer stay .

A calm and serene Kudil, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city.. loved the peaceful stay and the unlimited delicious homemade food. The mud houses are cool and well maintained. I was here for one night, very peaceful place, ideal to be surrounded by nature. Far from noise and stress. Perfect for a break away to disconnect from the city live. The food was amazing, fresh, picked in the morning from the garden. Santosh and all the people in there were very kind and attentive all the time. Thank you very much. Extremely beautiful and serene location.Out of the city hustle bustle. If you are going for a peaceful and calm holiday, would definitely suggest to stay here. The host..Santosh sir is great! Wish we could stay there longer..but we stayed only a night and a day. The experience was very enriching.

Mud cottage is really a different experience. It shows us real natural beauty . Mud hut is really amazing and we can stay there in any climate condition. And it's surroundings are really wonderful with Birds and Animals. And we had a very special dinner with a experienced chef, and a Homely breakfast also. They are ready to prepare any type food for us. All the things we experienced there was really touch wood.This is the place we must visit once in a lifetime
