It was a pathetic place.no hygiene and the bedsheets were stained old used and unhygienic. The rooms were smelling like smoking,drinking and all kind of narcotics.unberarable smell and and an overall bad experience. Something just to waate your money time and health with the poor levels of hygiene. The staff was rude and the hotel manager was unwilling to give refund when it clearly says on the website that cancelation is there and free.

Don't go via the OYO reviews. They ask you to open the app and give them review. They gave a small room for Rs 1300 which looks like a premium price for that area. There was no actual geyser but solar powered water heating system. You need to go atleast half a kilometre to have lunch breakfast or dinner. Or you need to order from online food delivery apps.

1star only for ease of availability of rooms. Otherwise service is poor. hotel doesn't provide with sanitaries or towels.neither do they provide glasses for drinking water. Hotel doesn't have it's own kitchen so even tea has to be ordered from outside with service charges that would make you feel as if you have bought a tea from 5 star hotel. The hotel bides to the rules of check in and check out strictly but provides you with complementary services only when asked for. A poor performance of hotel management. The only good thing about it is they have smart TV with Netflix available. If you book here you will have to adjust not the hotel management. Hot water facilities in bathroom is from uproof solar heater that means non availability of hot bathing water in rainy days.

I stayed here more than one month .. awesome services .. cleaned room ..daily cleaning .. good staff .. camera serviliance.. lift service ..RO water .. heavy duty AC for enough chilling .. my over all experience was awesome ..

The experience was quite good. Services were excellent. Room quality for Standard Rooms can be slightly improved but is still far better than other Hotels in Secunderabad

I don't know where to start actually, it was that worse... If I could give a negative 5 star review I would have given it Location - Absolutely pathetic, wheoever thought of making a hotel at this location must have been smoking pot - auto driver, ola driver, food delivery agents all have failed to find it on the map. Service - The most disinterested, unprofessional & uncouth staff I have ever seen at an Oyo. No ironing, no laundry, no restaurant, absolutely nothing available at the hotel. Even if you want to pay for any service the staff is simply not interested. Mostly outsiders who don't have a clue where they are or what they are doing. Rooms - Clean, tidy & cozy, washroom is good, ideal for a half a day stay for a couple wanting to have fun. Summary - Nowhere recommended for business travellers, neither for leisure travellers but only for timepass travellers. Oyo should weed out such hotels and their fake reviews due to which it will damages their reputation big time.
