Kuberan Garden - Gated community in Chennai - Thiruvallur, India

My true review with Seethapathi/Kuberan Garden Owner. I recently purchased a plot in Kuberan Garden, and I regret to say that my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, the developer showcased a plot with dimensions of 26*40 feet and even registered these dimensions at the Poonamalle register office. However, the real problems began when I visited my plot later on. To my dismay, I discovered that a significant portion of the land, approximately 6 feet, was claimed by my neighbors. Further investigation, including verification with CMDA Plan approvals, confirmed that Seethapathi, an intermediate promoter/developer, and the property's owner, who hails from Branamangalam, had deceived us. They had misrepresented the plot's dimensions and took our hard-earned money for a property with far smaller dimensions. What's particularly disheartening is that I'm not alone in this ordeal. Numerous other plot owners in Kuberan Garden are facing similar issues, having fallen victim to this fraudulent scheme. The misleading documentation, the lack of transparency, and the unwillingness of Seethapathi and the owner to address our concerns have left us feeling cheated and helpless. Pursuing legal action seems like an uphill battle with no response or accountability from the responsible parties. In summary, Kuberan Garden has been a disappointing and costly investment for me and many others. It serves as a stark reminder to exercise extreme caution when dealing with property developers and thoroughly scrutinize all documents and claims before making a purchase. I hope this review serves as a warning to potential buyers and prompts necessary actions against those responsible for these unethical practices.
