They accommodated us very well. The rooms were clean. The staff were very friendly and kind.
Room maintained condition was very bad, filled with cockroaches and bugs

Till the time you pay advance, the Site Manger/Front Office in-charge speaks very much favor towards our queries and expectations. Soon after paying the advance, they behave very much unprofessional and cheap. They increase the pricing & demand the guests to pay balance amount in cash before check-in (denying to handover keys to enter the room). They are exploiting, as we will not be having time to explore further options after arriving at their Service Apartment.
The commitment of pricing while booking is not maintained while checking-in. After reaching the premises, the site manager named Mr. Ramesh Babu demanded for extra money and also demanded to pay in cash inspite having paid advanced payment through Gpay. Better to avoid this service apartment to refrain from such fraudulent cases. It was totally an unfair and frustrating deal. The manager refused to handover the keys to the guests even though we are ready to pay by GPay. We had to search for ATM to withdraw cash.
My experience in this apartment .i booked a room online and also i paid the amount .and i reached there ner by mid 1:30 am by the way i reached trychy.the gates are open but no reception and also all the numbers are not reachable . Worstraa
They have common toilets for the rooms, which was not mentioned when booking through MakeMyTrip. Pathetic for a Rs1400 room per night.
Good Maintenance... Attractive Rooms... Near By 0.5 km in SRM Hotel & Hotel Sangeethas... Just 3 min Travel in Apollo Hospital. Just 10 miin travel in Rockfort Temple just 15 min travels in Srirangam Temple... Facilities : cctv, water, car parking, free wifi ... Good Service Provider... Thank You....
