Kubeira Homestay - Hotel in North Paravur, Kochi - Ernakulam, India

The rooms were pretty decent... Given that it's in a very small town, they can reduce the price...and they have a lot of procedures before giving you the room... Most of the lodges ask for the ID of any one person staying in the room... if there are four members they ask for everyone's ID including small children... I don't understand the need for that... Other than that the rooms are good and Hot water is not available for bathing...

Coustomer friendly behaviour I have take room at 3am early morning. It is very near to cherai beach and very near to petrol pump. Rooms are clean and good looking

They always ask more money than the pre-booked amount. This time they cancelled the booking at last minute by themselves. We were left with no place to stay. Be careful with this hotel, especially when booked via OYO.

Nice rooms with ac facility. If anybody willing to stay pls carry your and your belonging persons address proof like aadhaar card or license scanned copy or xerox copy. Morning breakfast are nice. It's not their preparation. They have arranged it outside. Rooms with good hot water facility.

Let me start with the pros and cons pros: 1. location is near to cherai beach. 2. Reasonably priced. Cons: 1. Hotel and interiors need cleaning. 2. Staff behavior needs to be improved 3. Bed sheets are old and not sufficiently clean. 4. No good restaurants nearby. 5. No fridge 6. Bachelors can spend time if on a budget

Rooms are good. Prefer AC rooms over normal ones. Not exactly a home stay but a decent play to stay. A small hotel near by serves delicious Kerala breakfast.one km from the cherai beach.

Guys please don't book rooms here in Oyo it's one rate and when we reach hotel they will say they cannot provide rooms in that rate which we booked through Oyo complete disaster and worst experience ever
