Food:- Don't expect more from here by seeing promotional reels, Money not meets with quality . I ordered hot&sour chicken soup which was just an average.They are adding too much ingredients which leads to loss of it's authenticity. Later I ordered their chicken lagon biriyani & that was also just an average one. I got onion salad with the biriyani which was I think they made 3-4 days back. we have better options for having delicious food in the same city with lower price tags. Service:- I'm completely unsatisfied with their customer service. I asked for hot water and their staff told me that heater was complaint and they need to use stove and it'll take little time. I spend more than 45 minutes for having food, and they never bought that stove made hot water. Atmosphere:- If you are a first time visitor you may be wondered by their interior designs; next time it's just a normal thing. Moreover in a restaurant I think quality of the food & better customer service is important. Ambience & others will be secondary.

Lives up to the hype. One of the best biryanis ive had. Had beef biryani. Not spicy yet very flavorful. Went in early hence got a seat easily. Hole in the wall kind of a place, highly recommended.

Lives upto the hype, the biriyani they serve is super delicious. the meat quality and rice flavor is on point. Love it

It's a good place to spend our evening with our beloved ones. Atmosphere and ambiance here is awesome. The service they provided also very good. Food quality and taste is good comparing with other restaurants in town. overall experience was very nice. They played nice music that will calm you.

Good quality food, from this restaurant i bought sprite with this bottel 1 200ml bottle also free,but they didn't give to us when i ask to staff he take never mind ,after all i asked owner too he also take never mind so at last i less Rs20 in bill and paid to them. I got bad behaviour from staff and owner ,need to improve

Good food and nice ambience with well done interior design. The menu is limited they don't have a wide menu as usually supplied by other restaurants in the range, but what they serve is of good taste. I especially like the ambience of the restaurant and the way they served the food. It is necessary to mention about the staff, they were so cooperative and friendly. They communicate well with customers as usually restaurant staffs will be in hurry berry and running over table to table.

Very nice aesthetic place in kondotty. We can have a fun time with friends and family. Foods rate are normal. Try plate shwarma and Alfham. Opposite to this restaurant there's a new restaurant came to existence, check there too for exotic foods

The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and welcoming, with traditional decor and feelings of nestology. Traditional Kerala style home converted and utilized all rooms & amenities for restaurant. All traditional and Chinese style dishes are available with variety of juices. We had dinner Chicken Fried Rice, dragon chicken, nool poratta and Alfaham. Prices are reasonable and While the dining experience was restaurant was quite busy, leading to a slight delay in service.
