Nice place near Kuanria dam. You can spend leisure time here if you are planning for kuanria dam. A good place for family and kids.

It's a a great stopover tourist place enroute to Phulbani or Bhubaneswar in Nayagarh... Though amenities for tourists can be improved in terms of toilets or good cafes nearby...We must understand that animals are best protected in their natural habitat...A must stopover place especially if kids are with you... Kuanria, a picturesque getaway, about 50 kms from Nayagarh, comprises of a huge reservoir flanked by blue hillocks and a 1.5 kms long dam over River Kuanria. Among the top attractions is a large deer park spread over 6 acres by the river basin. The park is home to about 160 numbers of spotted deer, barking deer and sambar. A large number of migratory birds also flock to this reservoir during winters. The tranquil beauty of the hills, river, forests and the deer park make the place a much sought after retreat by the tourists. Tourists can avail medical facility at CHC, Madyakhanda and CHC Dasapalla which are nearest to the place. SBI Dasapalla is the nearest Bank to the spot. This place is really touch to my heart and a very good environment there. I like such as place Overall I love this place and request to you our government to take care that place also we have to duty save environment and save deer park. In this day the deer is rare so we have duty to save deer not only in that place but also all places.a peaceful place. Atlast my slogan "save environment Save life"
A great place to spend time with family. You will enjoy if you spend a night hear. Best time is early morning.
Need to be improved !!! Specially for toilet & wheelchair accessibility in few sites of the park !!! Too small for the amount of deer present inside ! No green vegetation accessible for the Deer !!!
This plce is specialy kids love place..and their are more deers in this place.and nature enjoyfully of this place.
