Exceptional Service! I recently had an unexpected issue with my motorcycle during a trip from Kochi to Valparai to Pollachi and back to Kochi. One of the chain tension bolts went missing, and my engine started to leak oil, which had the potential for serious damage. I visited the KTM service center, and I must say, they were absolute lifesavers! The staff at this service center were not only professional but also incredibly helpful and humble. They promptly addressed the issue, fixing both the missing bolt and the oil leak at no cost. I am genuinely impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction and the quality of service they provided. Thanks to their quick and effective resolution, my trip was back on track without any further worries about my motorcycle. Kudos to the service advisor and service technician who went above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend this KTM service center for their outstanding service and customer care. Well maintained showroom, courteous and friendly staff. The service manager, Mr. Sathish is extremely polite and open to discussions regarding your motorcycle and the work that has to be addressed. And is quite good at service too. Been here a couple of times for service of my vehicle and he goes out of his way to attend to us on first hand basis. Good luck to them. Only wish is that they were a helmet during the test rides. Otherwise all good!
