Worst service team. It was loss of KTM value, mixed service No response. Mobile phone always switched off. No customer intimation about service or bill. Vechile will damage after giving here. No proper parking. KTM Brand value will be degraded with this service station. I wouldn't recommend this point for sale and service too. Sales team is promising everything and will provide nothing.
It has been nice experience buying my 390 Adv X at this showroom. Kudos to Lalith anna who have been very help to me clearing my doubts during purchase & post sale assistance (timely registration, support when I reached during my long ride to different state, info on servicing etc.) Trial ride experience was also good. Out of all the KTM dealerships in Hyderabad, it was the only dealership that gave us test drive, that too multiple times and different bikes as of our choice. Very low profile technicians who bargain for money just like road side service centres. Not as per KTM standards and the behaviour of service people is also of very low class standard. Advice people to try other authorized service centres but not the Kukatpally center.
The worst service centre i have ever experienced. I own a duke 390 . These people at the service centre are very irresposible to know the issue of the vehicle instead they start telling us to leave the vehicle n go.. the funniest part ia that they dunt even have a side stand bolt. Please who ever reads this reviews do let the service station to behave properly with the customers. Thankyou.
