At the time of my stay, the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations. The rooms were brand-new, but some basic things were missing. The service was, at all times, excellent. The breakfast included in my booking was okay, but the buffet was not available most of the days. The clock-round room service was spot on too. Overall, a good experience.
Excellent location, serene and peaceful surroundings, courteous staff, spacious neat rooms, good food...all made our stay memorable. Beautiful landscaping by the seaside with a perfect sunset view gave us a surreal experience. The property has got a well maintained swimming pool..would definitely recommend the hotel for family visit. Renovation works are underway at the hotel. We are definitely planning to visit again soon and hoping that we will be able to enjoy more with the new get up.
Excellent location , It was a peaceful place with very clean amenities. Fantastic view from the rooms. You can chill and listen to the ocean roaring. Its absolutely blissful to watch the sunset, walk on the sandy beach and enjoy the waves. This is a great area to stay for a vacation, we can enjoy the beauty of the sea, Good friendly courteous servise staffs. Stay in this hotel was really a memorable one. Thank you We would surely love to visit the place again. It was very exciting, they prepared a gift for me on the last day, big thanks all the staff and director.
I went to do a Save the date photoshoot. The room given to us was a decent one. Currently they are undergoing renovation so not open to guests.
An excellent place for any type of vacation, Amazing view and exciting feel at night. This hotel is built on a private beach and the rooms are just few meters away from the beach, which gives an unforgettable experience. 1). Food is excellent. 2). Staff is very very cooperative. 3). Rooms are very spacious. 4). Very neat and clean.
A good resort under KTDC, has sufficient amenities, and the property is spread across a decent area. When I visited, renovation works were underway at the hotel. So some of the facilities like the pool were unavailable. The season for visiting Kovalam is from October to February.
Located near to kovalam beach. Rooms facing beach are also available. But their food was below average. I have ordered butter chicken, chappati, biriyani and order was delivered after waiting for 30 minutes.if you are looking for location and beach vibes then its perfect but food
Rooms are ok ,still they have to improve a lot .service needs to improve . unless renovation work gets over it won't be a comfortable Stay over here .
