I stayed in the hotel with family on 29th November 2023. I really enjoyed the stay as I could feel at home with the courteous staff.... The food was excellent (I only tried vegetarian...All the staff were very polite and well behaved under the leadership of Mr. Abhilash... The rooms need renovation and hope KTDC will undertake that soon to compliment the efforts of the staff of Raindrop...
My husband and I stayed at Raindrops for two days. It was such a lovely experience. The food was delicious and the hospitality was extraordinary. Anu and her team went out of their way to ensure our stay there was comfortable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home and that too at affordable prices!
Visited the place for a meeting. The hall was nice and spacious. Could accommodate around 100 people. Besides the hall was a dining area, that too was quite spacious. Food was not so good. Located in the heart of the city. Very easy to locate. Staff were polite and service was good
Booked my parents here twice in July for 10 and 10 nights. Manager and all staff were respectful and welcoming except night staff Tony. During the second time they checked in, he gave them a bad room and uncleaned room that was left as it from previous guest. When my parents questioned him he was being rude to them. I called him from Dubai on the hotel land line and his behavior was pathetic and disrespectful and disconnected the phone without answering questions. If you visit here and face this guy try to deal with any other staff and not him. In general the hotel service, food, location is all good.
Rooms are very small. Restaurant service is too slow. But the room service is good. Officials in the Reception were without a smile on their face and a bit rude.
Proximity to Apollo Hospital is a plus, but renovations are overdue. Experienced AC issues, prompt room change. On the bright side, enjoyed delightful food during the stay!

Rooms are horrible with fungus on floor & walls. AC was also not cooling properly. The last time I stayed there, it was slightly better. Looks like standards are dropping by the day.
