Good location, great hospitality. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, supportive and efficient. One of the young ladies from the front desk even helped us to bring down our baggage (support staff refused to help I guess). Truly appreciate her attitude towards work - a rare occurrence with state employees of today.

very happy to have stayed there with my family en route to mangalore for one night. excellent clean rooms very well maintained, very close to the city centre, ample parking space. courteous staff and good restaurant which functions from 6.30 am pretty early than anywhere else. I would like to make a suggestion that a lift would have changed the whole scenario. even without the lift my stay over there was pleasant and gastronomically delightful. thanking all the staff for making my stay a memorable one.

I stayed in KTDC Loom Land, Kannur for a day. The services of staff working in the reception were excellent. They moreover very helpful. They give very prompt attention to the customer needs. I would also like to commend the services of staff attached to their restaurant. Mr Vijith give personal touch to your needs. Very tasty food id served. Their timely service is commendable. Their care to family and children are worth mentioning. I would seriously recommend this hotel for future stay.

This place lives to the hype For the price we paid. Absolutely worth Every bit of it. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The room service was very prompt. It's near to the main market and also to the beach. However the breakfast could be a disappointment for some. They didn't agree to give us cut fruits. And charged 160 for a plate of papayas.

I recently visited their restaurant and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the chicken curry.The dish seemed off with the chicken tasing stale and the overall flavor lacking freshness.After consuming the curry I felt discomfort. People don't prefer this restaurant for your dining experience.

The overall stay for 2 days was good and some good things which I liked with the KTDC hotel are. * Courteous staff with smiling face and willing to help when requested for. During 2 days of stay, had met different staffs at different time and all were good and courteous. * Rooms were well maintained with good ambient lightings. * Hot water available with heater facility and guests can use when required. Kettle is also provided in all rooms. * Overall, rooms are pleasant and neatly maintained. Now let me share some practical things which I don't consider as a big negative, however can be helpful for some. * I could not find a lift facility available anywhere. Not sure if it is there at some other side. In case if not there, it might be difficult if you are staying with old people or people with difficulties for climbing steps. Please call the reception and confirm. * We may not get room boy assistance during check in and checkout. This may not be an important thing for business travelers or people with less luggage, however when you are travelling with old people and with large number of luggage, it can be a concern. Not sure if it is there and I could not get it. During check in as well as check out, I did not find any assistance like that. * Complimentary breakfast - Food taste was OK-OK; but do not expect to have lot of options in the breakfast menu like a buffet. Very Limited options with 3-4 items and I believe that it will vary according to the crowd / reservations in hotel.

Very happy to have stayed at Loom land. But little disappointed in finding a loom there. A small loom for a checked towel will add life to the property and surely will be a tourist attraction. Surely I would have stayed one more day if i could weave there. Hoping to return soon Thank you
