Wellfurnished rooms besides back water dam,good service & good location

I have not stayed in the rooms or experienced their services. But I can tell you that it does not give you the vibe you will get in the other resorts in the region. The compound looks pretty barren and basic. The summer sun will make you suffer because of this. The cottages look nice and could maybe make up for its letdowns. It is cheaper than the rest.

Manager Mr Jayakumar is so friendly that you feel at home. Value for money. Nice backwater view.

Great location. But pathetic condition. Very badly maintained. Some works are going on there. Let's hope for good after that. It is in such a great location.

the property is very spacious and clean and gives you the feel of a beach side resort. facilities are good. however there is no phone in the room and for anything you have to walk down to the reception to let them know what you need. the location of the hotel is also far off from tourist places is and it is difficult to get transport or any taxi to Alleppey.

Food not tasty, served cold. Should maintain the surroundings neatly, make it more attractive. Serve quality food.

It's a beautiful lake front property located on the shore of National water way connecting Kollam to Kochi. The place has an old world charm with lot of shades,greenery and lake view garden but in general is poorly maintained. You will get the authentic feel of a government run hotel, not too bad actually, the basics are in place. Rooms are poorly maintained and sheets are unclean. Room service charge thirty precent of food bill though the restaurant is few steps away from the room, the food though is very tasty and reasonably priced.
