KTDC Hotel & Aahar Restaurant - Hotel in Tavanur - Malappuram, India

Worst experience! We were four of us and went there for lunch at 3.05pm. The waiter informed that ad per procedure kuch closes at 3pm and all fiod is thrown away after that. Very lukewarm reception. Wonder why they have this restaurant and pay staff ! What a waste of government money!

Below average Meals. Rice wasnt properly cooked and somehow they managed to degrade every side item as well. But the service from the staff was satisfactory.

This hotel and restaurant is on top of the cliff. There is a limited parking space for cars. Had breakfast from there. Masala Dosa and tea. It was good. Hadnt visited the hotel or the rooms, so no review about those... Recommended..

This is a very convenient location. we were on our way from kozhikode to thrissur and it's on a hill. We stopped for breakfast and had dosas. Good for families, good washroom.

Food was okay. Slightly priced higher. Rest room can be more cleaner.

We tried out the restaurant in the morning, masala dosa, uttapam, and uzhunnu Vada could be better

Not at all recommending this. Rooms aren't hygienic at all. Found a colony of ants near to the bed. Spider and web was commonly found here and there. The attached washroom wasn't neat at all. Buckets and other amenities had a slimy touch to it. Soap and other accessories wasn't provided. Water which was made available in the washroom was brown in colour and that too hard water. Some power sockets didn't supply power and our gadgets couldn't be charged. Hot water isn't available in room and they haven't supplied it as promised. The linen provided wasn't neat at all. Staff behaviour and service isn't good at all. They made us wait for half an hour to check out as if they weren't available. Not at all recommending this, unless, completely exhausted and just need to sleep for a few hours (nothing else) - pricing a good sum for a few hours of disturbed sleep. This is such a shame that government properties aren't kept as neat. There is no other reason why people are more onto private properties.

Good ambience, suggest renovation or replacement of sanitatary wares and fittings..
