If the hospital expect patients to be on time, please make sure doctors are also on time.People cannot spend their entire day sitting and waiting for a doctor.Our time and money has a value. Please keep atleast minimum standards needed for a hospital. I was shocked to see the laboratory staffs handling samples without wearing a gloves. If the hospital don't give care to their staffs, then what care is the hospital going to give the patients who believes in the hospital? I wont suggest this hospital.
I came to this hospital few weeks ago with my uncle who was in critical stage ..The duty doctor who was at that time reacted quickly and gave the best treatment and he gave first aid and reffered to tvm medical college .. I could hear later from my relatives that the doctors in medical college said it was that initial treatment which saved my uncles life .. Bad experience from the staff nurse and security, most of the staffs are not professional, they don't know how to behave or treat us. The doctors are very kind and polite.
Got appointment at 9 30am. Doctor didn't turn up till 11am. Pls value others time and don't make sick patients wait for hours.
One of the speciality hospital between Attingal and Kallambalam. Well known for its paediatric department. Does not have parking facility near to the hospital building as it is always full or reserved for doctors. The behaviour of security staff is not at all appreciable which is not helping or supporting the patients in any way.The security staff are rude, impolite, non co-operative and ill behaved which is the biggest curse of this hospital management. The registration fees are nominal. It has its own pharmacy and prices of medicines are higher without discounts compared to other pharmacies outside the hospital. They also have their own laboratory but again the charges are high compared to other laboratories.The hospital is a dwelling ground for mosquitoes which again is a area of very big concern as it may cause spread of mosquito borne diseases. Digital payment via ATM cards is only available in one of the pharmacy in the second floor which does not serve it's purpose. Overall it is a private hospital with poor facilities and rude security staffs.

This hospital provides experience certificate against payment and has destroyed the career of many nurses. Nurses should not work in this hospital
