I have a very worst experience with scheme policy.. after finishing all the installments I have given a order for bracelet but they did a mistake in design they said me to reorder the same design so I did the same whatever they told.. but they are not at all responsible, ktb has a worst staff they have not delivered my bracelet on time , they are continuously postpone the delivery date don't make any scheme this is my suggestion

Big jwelary shop but They won't show you want u need...they just keep only one box in tht we have to choose if ask something wht we need...they just say they don't have stock...no matter its silver or gold item...not satisfied with service .ln that they took my pappa phone put rating as 5 start for thare shop..
