KSTDC Hotel Mayura Yatri Nivasa - Hotel in Aihole - Bagalkote, India

We did not have a stay here, just visited the place for lunch while traveling to Aihole. The food was average and there was a total mess with the management. No one came to take our order for the first 20 min. Finally one of our friends went to the kitchen and asked the person to take the order. Then the guy came and took the order as if he was doing a favour. They served the food after almost 25-30 minutes of ordering. We asked for veg pulao which was okay, paneer masala was average and the mixed veg was spicy and oily. Chapati was ok. Overall the food was not that good. Food - 2/5 Service - 1/5 Ambience - 3/5 Value for money - 2/5

We were looking for lunch in Aihole. (Un)Fortunately , this is the only decent place in Aihole. Lunch is served at 1:30PM, we arrived at the restaurant at 12:40PM. We had to wait till 1:30PM for the service to start. The food was decent though and the service was reasonable too.

Loved the stay here. Well maintained and full of greenery. There was an electricity issue not sure whether it was regular or due to the weather but throughout my stay the electricity cut was very often. However there was backup so that's manageable. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food was available. As I have visited in the off season their food service is not completely open, but they prepared food for us at least for lunch and dinner. Overall a good option to stay in Aihole. I would recommend it if someone is looking to stay at Aihole.

Very poor food. Hotel is somewhat OK but we ordered Biryani but it was not good

We went to this place for the restaurant and not the accommodation. Lunch is available only from 1:30pm, but the food is good - decent taste, quantity, and quality. We ordered chapati, mix veg curry, dal, and jeera rice. Altogether this cost us just Rs.450. There are no other big restaurants in Aihole to be honest, so one has to eat from here unless you choose a roadside dhaba or small eateries.

Service is good but very late. food also good teast

Good cleanliness considering it is a government hotel food was not so good in my opinion. Good stay for one night Rooms were spacious and great Location was great, the view of the dam was great and the scenery at night was beautiful.

Got stomach upset after eating vegetarian food. The paneer masala had enough oil for the U.S. to come invade.
