KSRTC Bus Terminal Complex, Thiruvalla - Transit depot in Thiruvalla - Pathanamthitta, India

One of good KSRTC bus stations in Kerala. Well maintained. Unlike many other, the staffs are cooperative and helpful. I also witnessed a good Samaritan (seems he is working in Hot & Cool shop) helping three differently able people guiding them to have seating and later on to their bus. There are good people still around. If you guys get a chance to meet him, thank him for being a good human being.

My understanding was Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh were famous for their Apple. Our little Thiruvalla I guess with this display is not far behind. Meanwhile the road inside the bus stand mas potholes needs to be improved.

It's a multi level complex, where we can find lots of eatery shops as well as utility shops which are situated within the town limit. These can be accessible from the roadside. Parking is available only for KSRTC buses. Cons: No parking facility for public vehicles. Toilets are not very clean.

Terrible experience.... No bus after 10 pm to Pathanamthitta before 11.30 pm. No proper response from station masters regarding bus timing. They have no replies based on their responsibility on buses which are not coming to Stand in night. Most of the long trips didn't get into Stand. Terrific!!!

Good infrastructure...need to be maintained better.

Situated on mc road, this bus terminal is spacious and visually appealing. But the interlocks on the floor are broken now and it causes problems during rainfall.

Very frequent services to almost all destinations in Kerala and neighbouring states. The depot could be a bit larger now owing to the heavy footfall it's managing on a daily basis, possibility of someone getting knocked down by a bus is also higher. Need more seating capacity for the passengers as well

Very good parking place in Thiruvalla. Bus stand is well. Juice and bakery service available here
