KSRTC bus station Thiruvalla - Bus charter in Thiruvalla - Pathanamthitta, India

It is one of the best attraction in Thiruvalla. It is considered to be an excellent gift to Thiruvalla. Place is clean and tidy. Service provided by ksrtc is commendable. Lot of beggars and drunkards roam around during evening and toilet amenities are broken and not repaired. Got lot of bakeries and fresh juice spots. It has a large underground parking space with affordable fee rates.

There is suffient space for passengers. However, the bus station is not at all well maintained. You could see lot of wastes and also it stinks at some areas. There is a paid parking lot at the basement but that also will is not maintained coz the water be clogged when it rains. One good thing is that staff at the information center is friendly and provide clarification to our doubts.

Adequate sitting areas with CCTV surveillance to ensure the safety of travellers. Ample parking lots at the basement. There is separate area for staff and general public. Public parking is paid one. Paid toilet facilities are also available for both genders. But both are not situated nearby as observed in other areas. Gents toilet at the extreme end near to way out at the right side and ladies at the left side near to way in. A small tea n snacks shop is also there. Can eat from there by standing or else you will get parcel. There is reservation counters too. Adequately manned enquiry counter with polite and customer friendly staff.

Very developed bus stand .. with all facilities.. you have Pizza hut kfc fruit bae .. all near bus stand in thiruvalla ... and inside the bus terminal we have many shops ..

Good one. Anyway government doesn't care about public, govt employees least bother about duties, union culture have spoiled KSRTC already.

I have given it 5 for planning ,construction,facade and impressiveness of the building.The execution ie usage of the infrastructure created though deserves only at best 1 since it is grossly underutilised and ends up being a wastage of tax payers money.

One of the best bus station in terms of availablity of bus services,but not well maintained and not much chairs available for resting.restrooms available but not clean enough.shops are available inside the bus station for snacks Tea and Cool drinks.

Better than other bus stations. Still not fully occupied after so many years. Very busy terminal with buses to local area, inter district and inter state destinations coverage.
