KSRTC Building Complex - Transportation service in Angamaly - Ernakulam, India

KSRTC Building Complex built near KSRTC Depot Angamaly.Its a relief for passengers travelling through Anagamaly. Almost all KSRTC Transports has a Stop here.Lots of shops are available here in this complex.Bakery, cool bars, Ice cream shops, restaurant and also Indian Coffee Shop. Also there is a seating space for passengers to wait. Public toilet is also available (3/5 Rating for toilet). Other kinds of businesses like beauty parlor, mobile shop, computer shop, jewelry etc. At top of the complex is the Carnival Cinemas.

Though not fully occupied and functional, the place hosts variety of services and restaurants including Indian Coffee House, Saravana Bhavan and most importantly Carnival Cinemas. There is a paid parking service available. The place and toilets are maintained but not exactly clean. An auto stand outside is functional through out the night.

Good building but most of the areas are unoccupied. Have underground parking and also parking at the front. All lifts are working perfect but not well maintained. Fans are not working in some lifts because the customers damaged some. The building is huge and tall but can be used in better way.

It's a good and well maintained bus stand, but most of the commercial space is vacant. commercial places in ground floor is almost filled with restaurants and snack bars. And carnival cinemas occupied the top floor with a 3 screen multiplex. In between the spaces all are vacant..

Happy with the bus stand. But I am confused about the goals met by the authorities in building a shopping complex like it where most of the spaces are still empty.Need to increase the toilet facilities and rest room facilities for ladies.

Good facilities in the complex.. Carnival cinemas. Restaurants... parking area is wide..jewellers...Bakery etc..waiting area with enough seating is there...Enquiry desk available....the exit way is through the manjapra road which is creating traffic block in the particular road as ksrtc will come across....

Its like a mini shopping hub you will get anything there like fancy items, foods even it holds a theatre inside... but the worst part is that even though you reach there for purchasing something or to watch movie you need to pay for your vehicle parking and its not refundable...

Very bad service. Not neat and clean. Staffs behaviour is very bad. The KSRTC should privatise, then only the staffs should understand the value of government service. If we ask the enquiry section, when will the bus come. The reply of the responsible concerned person saying it will come. He also don't know the timing and if we ask to call onethor KSRTC depos to confirm the timing. Then they saying to do the call yourself if u need. So better it should privatise. Atleast every bus should come the exact timing.
