KSR GALAXY - Hotel in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

It was very nice, two closets in one bathroom face to face.. Wonderful experience seeing these kind of bathroom in my life time.. The food we ordered from the hotel was just superb especially roti and chicken Curry.. Chicken was 99%raw and we chewed on the nan for the entire 2 day trip. Toiletries were so plentiful, we had 7 moisturing soaps with the smell of bar soap and not one toothpaste.The gentle man at the reception was very interactive.... , helpful,and picked up our calls all the time................

hotel location is good, no in-house food facility but there are other restaurants available nearby. local market is at walkable distance. we stay 2 days , at first day room provided was very small even though room booked was luxury king four person bedroom, so be careful and watch the room assigned to you. Later on 2nd day was assigned the four person room having 2 double bed and it was specious. Overall hotel stay is good but make sure you confirm the room type assigned to you otherwise they will assign lower capacity room to you.

I visited here, a weekend in July. Budget friendly and good one. Checkout time is next day 12pm here. Not 24 hours. Parking area is not sufficient

Hotel is good, neatly maintained. Staff is good. Mysore palace, Zoo, City bustand, Railway station and other places all comes with in 1.5 to 2 kms of range of hotel. They don' t have food restaurant, but if you want they can arrange for breakfast, lunch or dinner from other restaurants.

One of worst experiences till date! No HUMANITY AT ALL. Irony is that they have a dalai lama quote! Travelled so much but One of worst hotels i have ever come across all over india. Feel so bad even describing the incident. Booked a room providing 4 adults and 1 girl child of 4 years(family). They asked us to go out in heavy rain at 2am. And we kindly left and told them its not goof to treat helpless guests like this at 2 am in heavy downpour.We told them honestly we are tired and need a room. We were searching for all hotels at 5 am. Yet this guy at reception had no humanity to ask guests to leave after we went inside the room.. We were ready to pay extra too. Anyways, this shows how cruel the guys were.

It was a good hotel clean room, bedsheets were clean and also it had TV and WiFi. There were few cons though like it was missing some Hindi channels on TV and the offline rate was 3 times lower than what i had booked. Phone was not working i had to go down everytime i needed something, they didn't had their own restaurant and there was no breakfast menu to order in the menu given. Its in a very good location to stay, near to bus stop and mysore palace. Tv was there, AC was there and also the privacy they gave.

A common man doesn't require nice decoration with all furnished things Things required 1. Clean bedsheet 2. Clean bathroom with proper water supply and drainage. 3. A good Attitude person What I faced When I called for the first time 2500 was mentioned (Non AC) Later called for booking 3200 was mentioned (non AC) No proper details, whatever he thinks says that. Bedsheets were dirty when occupied.. informed that time it was replaced. Water supply and drainage was too slow. Informed on the next day morning regarding the same. what an attitude the cheapest I have ever seen.. like they have only hotels and no one can compete them in Mysuru. One attender told we will get checked with plumber and other one told to vacate the room. We have planned to stay here for 2 days. Next day we have vacated by paying 3000. This room is all for show.. u people better display the room near Mysuru Palace and earn the money. Here are some pic from the room.

Experience was decent. Before 2 hours of check in time we have got the rooms. Rooms were clean and good. Could keep glass in every room. We have asked for the same for 4 times but it was not provided to us die to shortage of glasses. Location is very good. Near to the Mysore palace. Overall good experience.
