KSIC Mysore Silk Showroom - Clothing store in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

Am from mangalore This is not real KSIC Mysore silk showroom. This is some other fake listed private cloud showroom on google maps . Well I didn't visit this shop as it was not authentic KSIC Mysore silk showroom and I don't know the quality of their clothes The real showroom address is KSIC ( karnataka silk industries corporation ltd ) located at Mananthavadi Rd, Near NI Engineering College, Vidyaranyapura, Mysuru, Karnataka 570008 And also there is on small small showroom located near garuda mall mysore where u can park car and go there I have even posted photo of this fake showroom. Please check it. All the staffs here are made to give good ratings on google :p

Very good collection of silk sarees and the service was very friendly and staffs are very interactive I recommend this place for whoever wants to try silk sarees

Worst experience ever. The head lady and watchman are full of head weight. Not bothered to show saree not polite.

This is not the location of the official government showroom and purposefully they gave this location to cheat people. There is a private shop in this location. The original government showroom is a small shop in opposite side near Canara bank ATM.

This is not Mysore silk saree showroom. It has been misleading for people for many years

Don't know how have for what we liked in this store particular. We have bought twice here since we got the exact color combination in this store. The behaviour of the staff needs definite improvement. They are not ready to display or show the sarees. This happened both the times that we visited the store, though we are curious to buy they'd ask what range and what type we want and then show us. We know the cost of KSIC Mysore silk and still visit the store since we know what is Mysore silk, some of the store staff behave as if customers are not aware of KSIC Mysore silk, which makes it very annoying. Also, they are interested to close the shop before 8 pm stating various reasons. At about 7 pm once when we visited, they were already stock checking and packing up and didn't show a great interest in displaying the sarees. This behaviour must change. If they want to close by 7 pm, KSIC must alter their timings accordingly. It's high time that store people and KSIC in general understand that there are already many other players in the market who are providing quality similar to KSIC. We still visit KSIC and willing to pay the premium for the legacy and the genuineness of the quality and in return expect courteous behaviour from the staff. Try to involve your male staff who can stay till about 8 pm or beyond who can help customers.

Quality is good and original but the price is really high. The minimum price of a Silk Saree is Rs13,000/- which is way high for a Saree. The shop is not very well maintained, as it is under the government. Customer's satisfaction is not a priority. Better to enter this shop if you have too much resources, or if it is a very important function.
