Set up in nature , this place is a naturopathy centre cum resort. You get treated but the feeling you get is that you are on on vacation. I am absolutely enjoying my stay here . Today is my 2nd day . I have booked it for 7 days therapy but intend to stay much longer. The schedule here is very busy starting at 5:30 am with yoga n meditation , continues till 8:30pm . The day concludes with health talk n pranayam. In between we get therapies like oil message , foot reflexology, under water message, intermediate yoga, acupuncture therapy if needed, regular visits by doctors to monitor your BP, daily consultation with doctor, mud therapy n much more like steam bath sauna bath which are available inside your cottage in some of room categories Now lets talk about food -it is bland , vegetarian, boiled n oil free , it is served 2 times in a day , you get different kinds of juices 3 times daily . The doctors and staff are very cooperative n helpful The whole place is well planned, the administration block , treatment block n dining area is in the centre with different types of accommodations on all sides which makes it easily accessible to all. Moreover main buildings have entrances from all four sides.

Had an amazing experience at Kshemavana, I had booked deluxe room for 5 days , the people are so kind here nd I really had a very good time, I like to share my experience to everyone, I really thank for physiotherapist Dr. Navita Basiwar & her assistant given a special care & attention to me, after treatment certainly feel better to my polio leg . she is a best Dr @ Keshamavana also Dr.Shilpa , all the therapists, housekeeper is so good and I love to visit again .

This is such a awesome place to retreat yourself. Enjoyed the given treatment completely and I have decided to visit the place frequently to cleanse my body and mind. The doctors here are very friendly. Thank you

The best for reset in life. Love the hygiene - hospitality - the education to our right health. But personally meditation was the best part of my 10 day stay. Mr samarth has been one of the best teachers especially for mediation. It just becomes better each day to for self realisation.

We are at the tail end of our one week stay here and I must say, this place is amazing for many a reasons. We booked a private room which is very clean and house keeping is very much attentive to our needs. The front desk is very welcoming and approachable for any requirements we have. The doctors are knowledgeable and the campus (new) is in a decent location. Some of the points I like to emphasize are. 1. I certainly feel better about my health condition than before I came in. 2. Their all inclusive package is a bang for buck. You can avail many of the services to treat yourself to get better which would otherwise cost a fortune outside. 3. Since its new facility, the new tree saplings are yet to cover for shade around but I can foresee much more beautiful campus in the next couple of years. Overall a great experience and I look forward to coming back again.
