KSHEERA RESIDENCY - Hotel in Hassan - Hassan, India

Very bad experience at this hotel. They don't honor the booking at all. I had booked two rooms for 6 people but the manager is bluntly saying that he can give one room. After a lot of argument got two rooms. I had booked stay with breakfast paying additional amount for breakfast but hotel refused to give that also. Even to get a bedsheet ,manager started arguing. Had a nightmare of a stay.

Hotel infra is decent, but horrible service. If you value your self respect and do not want your guests to feel insulted then please rethink. You have to first beg for towel and sanitary items in bathroom. Then, if there are guests in room they have a rule that they can't stay for more than 10 min. God knows, how they have been running a hotel without basic sense of decency to speak with customers. After all this, they don't even have courtesy to apologize.

Good location.Greatly comfortable,spacious and clean rooms.The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained.Had a really comfortable stay though I stayed only for a really short time. The only con that I noticed was that the entry was closed after 11pm and one needed to specifically ask the reception to open it to go out,maybe because of the local policy of the neighbourhood.

Perfect for people looking for a nice, clean, no frills stay . Price is very reasonable. There is a good breakfast place just adjacent to the hotel which makes life easy . There is no breakfast offered at the hotel eve though oyo gives the option for the same. So, dont pay for breakfast

Hotel was clean and good. We booked for two deluxe 3x room via booking.com but the owner asked us to stay in one deluxe 3x room and he kept on disturbing us. And atlast he provided us with 1 deluxe 3x and double room and took the price of 2 deluxe 3x rooms. Bad service

Absolutely brilliant. The best hotel. I just hope they maintain the same cleanliness. It was more than our expectation. No in house restaurant, but many eateries nearby.

Very poor service and staff is very bad. Don't ever try to book a room here, if you do you will be checking out and looking for other hotels
