The hospitality looks good and the way the demonstrator shown and told about the building is very great. And I had experienced well with the marriage room and the above dining hall too. It was seen with alluuri siitaaraamraaju (Alluri Seetha Raamaraju) board there where the owner's are told they are ancestors it seems. And parking area is also good. It is in middle of Palakollu and has good space to stay in touch with. Good to go with any occasion or either the Marriage too with 1.5 Lakhs stuff.
Because there is not neatness but Work is so good
No TV no AC remote no point of contact...poor maintenance
Decent sized hall on the ground floor and dining area is on the first floor. Very near to Palakol Railway station. The hall is air conditioned. Rooms are available in nearby Cosmo Club. Approach road is not wide for traffic during functions and no in house parking is available.
VERY BIG HALL. UPSTAIRS ONE SUIT. SUIT IS ADJACENT TO LIFT. ANOTHER 3 ROOMS. 2 ATTACHED BATH. CENTRE ROOM NO ATTACHED. ONE COMMON BATHROOM WITH INDIAN SEAT OPP TO 3RD ROOM. BIG HALL FOR DINING. GROUND FLOOR LIFT IS OPP TO ENTRANCE. LIFT BACK SIDE FUNCTION HALL. LIFT SIDE BIG OFFICE ROOM FOR MANAGEMENT. VEHICLES WILL BE OUT SIDE OF GATE. NO POSSIBILITY TO ENTER IN SIDE OF COMPOUND. VERY GOOD MAINTANANCE.
Ground floor where the function will be held has centralized AC, but the room available above not upto mark AC won't work properly and Bathroom are also not mantained properly.
Function hall is available at cheaper rate compared to other function halls. Spacious and neatly maintained. only problem is function hall doesn't had any parking place.
