Very bad service,,, they have no responsibilty and when we complaints they are not response

Place is maintained below standard. There is one counter and it is crowded always. Office area is piled with waste and electrical components. One should move carefully towards the bill paying counter otherwise you may hurt with sharp objects.

You don't even deserve 1 star !!! Shame on you! You guys never answer phone calls nor provide any useful service.

Govt people only reach complaint spot if inviting at there office

They never respond to people's need

Only reason I've given one star is because I've to post this. VERY Frequent power cuts and still asking your people to pay for it. Not expected from an electricity board.
