Phone calls not recieving ....and Completely busy tones.... Trying for 4 hours, completely unavailable....... Power shortage from morning to still till 7.30 pm,,,

Very bad cervise avoide castamer camplaint

Not answering when we call for reporting any problems. If you can't process customer requests or answer customer calls, why you people are working there. Simply spoiling tax payers money as salary. Useless KSEB section I have ever seen. Intermittent power failures most of the days. The Engineers are not capable of scheduling a planned maintenance window I guess...Everyday same song... Maintenance. Maintenance.. When we can use an outage free power supply here??

It's not responding or doing work properly .. their is no electricity more than 1 day they won't do anything......

Immediately after power failure there phone stop responding. Then why do you have a landline connection and an electric office???
