Best Gym in Kharar It's not only a gym it's a complete solution for fitness! Trainers are extremely good! Spacilly Sam bhai Good code of conduct!! It's been 3 weeks since I've joined this gym and my experience has been good so far ..trainers are good and gives proper assistance to everyone one and I'm seeing seeing progress within myself all over my experience has been good ..if you are thinking to join this gym go for it !

It's been 2 months now with KS Fitness and I really liked the environment and the trainers are so motivating. Especially Laddi sir, he is so dedicating towards his clients. I have lost 5 kgs in just 2 months. This is the best gym ever in Kharar and membership rates are so reasonable/affordable.

Gym is too good but trainers are not good here. Every single trainer force to take supplements and proteins and don't focus on training. There more focus is too sell their Supplement. If someone says no to take protein they don't even ask again about the workout. There are more people who have complaint about this. Worst experience.
