K's Charcoal - Italian restaurant in Surat - Surat, India

The place is nice and usually full during dining hours. One has to climb stairs to enter the restaurant. In the restaurant itself , seating is available at two levels, lower & higher. For higher level seating, one has to climb another set of stairs that are inside the restaurant only. I found the staircase inside the restaurant uncomfortable, and one is advised to be very careful while ascending or descending the staircase. The service was lacking attention. We were served by multiple people. Ambience was very nice with natural plants, also hanging from overhead pots. This gave a very refreshing feeling. The food was very good. It was freshly prepared and it appeared that the ingredients / toppings used were also fresh. The very freshness of the preparations & ingredients/toppings made the food very delicious in taste & even good to smell. The specific discomfort we faced was that water started dripping from the overhead air conditioning vents. We had to change our table from under the vent and on a later occasion, air conditioning was temporarily stopped to clean vents of water. Overall, a very good & satisfying experience!!! The quality in service was lacking. It appeared casual. The table was not laid properly. Necessary condiments were missing on the table. Repeated requests had to be made for cutlery & condiments.

You'll get the great pizzeria in the town, and their desserts are mouthwatering plus damn delicious. The only problem with this place is it's quite small and there is a parking issues. Overall this place has a delicious pizzeria.

It's an amazing place for pizza. Very delicious hand-made pizza. The staff and interior of it just best. Pizza lovers must visit this place at least once. Had a great time there. We had: Cafe Latte Sun Rocket Pizza (neopolitan) Seven Sky Pizza (romano) Fresh Fruit Pancakes

THE BEST place in Surat for Italian food, especially pizzas. Would highly recommend it for family get togethers, dates, meals with seniors as well as kids. My go-to dishes are the Risotto Arancini, Spinach & Feta Ravioli in Lemon Garlic Butter, and the pizza called "Payal & pizza". Their ice teas and mojitos are amazing too!

Good place to have authentic veg food... Pizza, Nachos, sandwich and many other varieties... staff service also good... food was tasty...

K's charcoal has the best Italian menu in town. The best best dish was the truffle and potato soup. Wish we could take a pic of that. We also tried it's Mushroom heaven pizza, mix sauce penne pasta and Aglio Olio Spaghetti. Yumm Do do try this place.

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, good presentations, cream ambiance and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone!

We went to this place for dinner and the thing which I like about this place the most was the quick service. The taste was really amazing and it was worth the price paid. We were not able to complete the pizza as we ordered 15 inches one and even the mojito was yummy. All and all it has to be in your bucket list if you are in Surat or even if you are visiting.
