Worst service received from K S baker. Ordered a birthday cake by sharing a proper picture. What received is very much different. There's human hair on it. They try to compensate with other cake from cold storage, have issue like mosquito on it or hair. They aren't keeping items properly. No proper hygiene. Very bad service.
Food is great but the service is pathetic. They make you wait for 20 mins for a simple bill of 4 items. Unacceptable service. No reaction from the staff to any complains too.

We ordered 2kg cake (SO#124783) for my daughter's birthday, a day before the b'day. Asked my cousin to pick up from KS bakers, and was surprised to see wrong theme on the cake. We ordered a pink colour cake and received a rainbow cake. And unfortunately, the taste was not up to the mark as well. We lived the embarrassment through the party. Request to improve on this aspect.
The Ks bakers are very big bakers in Miyapur and out-let is located facing Mumbai highway. A huge crowd is moving there and Many people are working to give service. I have seen different types of flavour cakes and ice creams also. Very nice service provider of Baker's segment in Miyapur.
I never expected this from KS Bakers.I brought chocolate dry cake on 30th sept 2023 with best before of 7 days which comes to 03rd oct 2023,but it got spoiled with white fugues layer on it.
Please check on expiry part too.very disappointing.

Great place to hangout. Reasonable pricing. Good taste. Has a place for birthday parties. Also customizable birthday cakes.
Although you can't get a seat if it's really full ( like during new year or a godd evening ) , I like the atmosphere when it's filled with people, a lot of students from nearby colleges , it's a cool place to hang out and although more costly ( like by 5 rs ) the food is worth it if you pool with your friends
