Rooms are not hygienic. The food and tea served is also the worst of taste. The service staff argues with customer for no issues. Surprise is that they provide room at a rent of 1500 per day as said but when ur checking out they add an extra cost of rs 500 as per booking charges exclusive of room rent that to without prior information. Bathrooms are also not cleaned.

I had a terrible experience with this fraud hotel. I booked my 3 rooms well in advance after reviewing the comments, but I assume the remarks and feedback and just spam. The owner of the property called and said he has only two rooms available on the day I was reaching bhubaneswar early in the morning. I said I have booked 3, but he said it's a home stay and someone is already there. Upon request he said he will give me a call. For some reason I still did not reach bhubaneswar as there were rains in konark. I called again at afternoon and tried to reason with him and informed that there are kids with me so I need as per my booking but the kept on insisting that 2 rooms are available and there are some people who are not vacating. My check in time was 11 and I called again at Eve 4 to check the status.. as I was still enroute towarda bhubaneswar. He said will call in 5 min and there were no calls made I tried to reach the other number but no response.. I called make my trip personal and he said he will call in 30 min I could not take it and booked another one as we were tired, exhausted and in no position to quarrel... I tried to explain the make my trip personal but he said he confirmed with the hotel and they are giving 3 rooms.. I had no words I said it's 5 in eve... My check-in time was 11 and make my trip personal confirmed at 5... I booked the accomodation in another hotel as I was already in bhubaneswar So bad experience.... I booked everything from make my trip but I fealt cheated and no refund.... I will never use make my trip and also would recommend to stop this fraud of home stay.... The owner looks fraud. I'll do my best to make this experience shared to everyone so that no one books from this hotel A last note to owner If there is a negative comment accept it.. Ther nothing like in support of Nilesh Jaiswal all the ones are giving one star Aap I said earlier we were a group of 7 and still there is one person pending for review, once i get a chance I'll ask him to post as well... The homestay was one of the best experience, the location is little outskirts the city but near kiit square, rooms were large, bathroom has all well equippped arrangements, large ac clean room,the most attractive part of it was attached dinner room and kitchen, felt like absolute home. The staff behaviour was extremely good, on time service and were helpful. Would recommend here if u are looking for a homely environment near kiit square...the locality was a bit undeveloped but uber and autos were readily available all the time.

If there is a negative comment the owner says it's fake... No it's not fake They denied one room when booked 3 .... No response and calls where neglected and it was in final moment when we already booked another hotel this guys calls and say that we have room available Please note it was during evening 5... Our check-in time was 11...

I had a very terrible experience. The owner doesn't provide you any receipt and charges GST extra when asked for the receipt. Requesting everyone to please have a chat on record because the owner tells you one thing and applies another. He will tell you the breakfast was included but he will cut down.

Budget stay for one night.large rooms.groundfloor kitchen area smells bad needs some cleaning.Booked in Agoda some compliments mentioned by the website are to be explained to the caretaker to avail them.parking area is available.towels can be better.good to stay for one night.Can get food delivered from swiggy and Zomato.

A B&B in good location ,need a full renovation wall full of cracks and faded paint, bathroom latch broken. Torn towels and pillow covers. Deep Cleaning required in Kitchen, A BIG NO for vegetarian to eat. Have stayed for 6 days as advance was paid . Kindly check the bills at the time of checkout, items will be added doubled. Manas da is good rest others will try to make extra from you . Happy traveling
