today i travelled from cumbum to chennai ..at 7 45pm AC bus .. there is no cleaner boy ..when we reached the designation . we asked the luggage to get back .. when we ask the luggage there ll be a another drive who spoke bad words to customer it hurts a lot .. we payed 1320 per person ..we payed for travel so they are responsible .. the drive apperance is old aged person in black color height 5'8 .. he spoked bad words to the lady customer .. worst responce from KRS travel AC bus .. Such a useless person i have ever seen who drive the bus
