One of the worst travel I have ever seen in my life time. Worst booking experience. Arrogant customer service. Please don't go with this travel agency. Very worst behaviour from your staff Mr.Senthil kumar. we had booked on 21st Sep 2023 from Chennai to DINDIGUL via Yarta Mobile app. there dropping location has mentioned only DINDIGUL. we thought it will go to busstand while booking. After boarding only we came to know that this bus will not go to busstand. I had booked seat for my parents they are senior citizens. I had contacted Mr.Senthil kumar again. He lied me that this bus is going to Pollachi instead of going cumbum also behaved like rowdy. I will not book this bus anymore. If this kind of staff will continue here this travel owner cannot be able to make a profit this business I'm sure about it..

Ticket Price is high..Sometimes the driver will not respond correctly..Apart from this other things are good..

Very pathetic service post they drop to a changing point in tamilnadu. In the car shown below they will take you further to Munnar with around 12 people and no place to keep your luggage which makes the journey onwards ~80km very uncomfortable. Not recommended.

Very worst bus services I have seen, Drivers are very rude.....I booked this bus for first time....they called me after reaching bus stop...i said I will reach by 2 mins.... immediately without listening they said they can't wait and left....after that I tried reaching them many time....they are not picking the call....my entire 1500 rs waste ...Mr gangadharan is the driver responsible for this...very poor customer service...not even listening to the customer..... Never ever book this bus in your lifetime....you will be left in the roads alone

I will write a review of my current experience. I am in a bus with no security, the conductors are drunk. They overpriced me, when asked they started abusing me. Ithu irukurudhu worstu experience Tamil nadu le. Inthe bus le inum 2 peru apdi than sonnanga. So this is not just my experience but for 2 more people. Will be adding more photos if i get a chance to take one after i get off.

Overall very worst travel. Boarding time preponed by 1 hour without any prior notice. Staffs have very poor etiquettes. Arguing and fighting with each and every passenger like rogues. No respect for passengers. Govt bus conductors are far better. Stopping at every city to fill the unfilled seats. (Like a govt. bus). They stopped nearly 7-8 times and sleeping ppl gets disturbed by default. Allowing the tea sellers inside the vehicle and tea seller shouts like hell around 2 am. No shelf for keeping bags and luggages. Upper berth people have to suffer by keeping the bag under foot and eventually u will lose will sleep. Blankets are stinky and fouling whole night. I guess it remains unwashed for few weeks. Always prefer premium travels. I will never ever book ticket on the cheap bus. Worst operator I have ever seen in my life.

Very worst experience... More stops, boarding unreserved tickets and even dindigul batlagundu, periyakulam like that. Not worth the money and arrived too late

Very rude behaviour of the staffs towards every customer . Though paid extra for toilet facilities they do not allow even ladies and kids to use them through out the journey.. All together worst experience with KRS travels.
